The guys at Opel decided to crash the GTI Treffen event by passing out special 3D glasses then setting off fireworks that showed the Opel logo when looked at with the glasses. After the fire works show was over VW fans set the glasses on fire in retaliation. Good try Opel, but we can both agree that with all the plant closings and sales declines you have bigger fish to fry.
At last! Volkswagen is going to offer keyless access and starting (KESSY) in the 2014 CC. The feature will be exclusive to the top two trims: 2.0T Executive and VR6 4Motion Executive. \
But wait there is more! to makeup for the wait Volkswagen will include “Easy Open” similar to the BMW 3 series. Easy open lets you open the trunk by just kicking your feet under the rear bumper. As mentioned earlier the 2.0T Executive replaces the 2.0T Lux model and VR6 Lux for 2014.
